Return Policy:

Since the delicious sweets you’re buying fall under the category of food products, we cannot accept returns. Should you experience a situation you do not find acceptable, please contact us immediately @ sweete@sweeteorganic.com. Your happiness is paramount!

In Case Something is Sold Out:

To keep our sweets fresh and delicious, we keep a limited supply, which we replenish often. Occasionally items sell out, and we may not have certain items available for your order. In this case, we will contact you immediately by phone or email to advise when the product will become available again, or if we have a recommended substitution. If we don’t receive a response from you within 5 business days and the product remains unavailable, all remaining available items in your order will be shipped. We will include the item if it becomes available in that time frame.

Ingredients Disclaimer:

Our goal is to find delicious sweets with the cleanest ingredients to suit all sorts of dietary requirements. We thoroughly research each product to determine dietary categories for easy searching on our website. When supporting details are available, we provide them.

FIRST AND FOREMOST, BE SAFE! You know your situation the best! Regarding ingredients you must avoid, food allergies and potential for cross contamination – please be thorough and check with the manufacturer. You or your loved ones are not worth the risk!

Summer Shipping (Chocolate):

Chocolate melts. Don’t get us wrong, melted chocolate is delicious, but we’ll leave that to you. As temperatures warm up we may need to hold your order until we deem it acceptable to ship. If warm weather persists leaving us unable to ship, we will refund your order. Our goal is to deliver your chocolate in perfect condition. We are not responsible for orders that are not retrieved promptly upon delivery.
